Happy Friday!

Hello! Sorry I’ve been absent all morning; I’ve actually had work to do as I get ready to leave for a long weekend. I still have a bit of work to do, so in the mean time feast your eyes on this amazing dress from no. 6 spring 2010:

I saw it on Frolic earlier this weekend and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Hope everyone is enjoying their Friday!

More Tiny Gardens

Apparently the Spring weather has everyone thinking about gardens and gardening. Over the past two days I’ve found multiple blog posts about terrariums and the like.

Poached Egg Salads

Apparently poached eggs on salads are all the rage right now. I’ve been noticing a lot of recipes for poached egg salads recently, and after I saw today’s Frolic post about it, I thought I should point it out. I actually adore poached eggs. They are involved in two of my favorite things to eat: eggs benedict (and most derivatives) and eggs on blanched asparagus. As the weather continues to get warmer and more summery, I plan on digging into many poached egg salads!

A Panama Hat, Without Any Irony

Right now I am lusting after a Panama hat for Spring and Summer. I fear I run the risk of looking like a cliched hipster in a Panama hat, so I have compiled a series of pictures to demonstrate the spirit in which I would like to wear such a hat.
